Nesting Co. is a mobile application designed for expectant parents that provides:
- A gender prediction quiz based on old wives' tales (for entertainment purposes only)
- A gestational growth tracker showing baby development week-by-week
- A community forum for connecting with other parents
- Pregnancy resource center directory and national hotlines
- Baby name suggestions
- Links to baby product recommendations
- Informational "Did You Know" pregnancy facts
- Weekly pregnancy tips and notifications
3. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Nesting Co. is for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The gender prediction quiz is based on folklore and old wives' tales and should not be relied upon for accuracy. The gestational growth tracker provides general information and may not reflect your specific pregnancy.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice, including questions about your pregnancy, baby's development, or any health concerns.
4. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Community Forum Guidelines
When participating in the Nesting Co. community forum, you agree to:
- Treat other members with respect and kindness
- Not post content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory
- Not post profanity or vulgar language
- Not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
- Not share external links or URLs in forum posts or comments
- Not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
- Not post content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Report inappropriate content using the in-app reporting feature
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.
6. Premium Subscriptions
Certain features of the App may require a premium subscription. By purchasing a subscription:
- You agree to pay the subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
- Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the property of Nesting Co. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our prior written consent.
8. User Content
By posting content on the App (including forum posts and comments), you:
- Retain ownership of your content
- Grant Nesting Co. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App
- Represent that you have the right to post such content
- Agree that we may remove your content at our discretion
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nesting Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or property damage, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
