How do I create an account?

Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the app, then tap "Sign Up." Enter your name, email, phone number, and create a password. You can also add your due date and partner's name to personalize your experience.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" Enter the phone number associated with your account. You'll receive a verification code via SMS. Enter the code and create a new password.

What is the Gender Prediction Quiz?

Our fun quiz is based on traditional old wives' tales about predicting your baby's gender. Answer 44 questions about your pregnancy experience and get a prediction. Please note this is for entertainment purposes only and is not a medical determination.

How does the Growth Tracker work?

The Growth Tracker shows your baby's development week by week, from week 4 through week 40. Each week includes your baby's approximate size compared to a familiar fruit, along with developmental milestones and helpful tips.

What premium features are included?

Premium features include full quiz results, the baby name generator, advanced symptom tracking reports, and access to exclusive content. You can unlock premium from within the app.

How do I manage my subscription?

Your subscription is managed through Apple. To modify or cancel, go to your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. You can manage your Nesting Co. subscription from there.

How does the Symptom Tracker work?

Log your daily symptoms, mood, energy level, sleep, water intake, weight, and blood pressure. The app tracks your entries over time and can generate weekly reports. You can also use the contraction timer to track contraction intervals.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your personal health data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to the Account tab and scroll to the bottom. You can also contact us at support@thenestingcompany.com and we will process your request within 48 hours.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app. Make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@thenestingcompany.com with a description of the problem.
